Each dimension evaluates a critical area of AI readiness, including: Problem clarity Data readiness Risk governance Execution capability Strategic alignment What Makes AIRDIF Different Weighted Scoring Not every dimension carries equal importance. AIRDIF uses weighted scoring based on real-world AI implementation risks. Problem Clarity and Data Readiness each carry 15% of the total score because they are among the most common causes of AI project failure. Risk & Ethics, Process Maturity, and Execution Capability carry 10–12%. The scoring reflects practical business impact rather than arbitrary equality. Universal Veto Gates A strong overall score can still hide a critical weakness. AIRDIF prevents this through a universal veto gate system. If any of the 10 dimensions scores below 30%, the final outcome is automatically overridden to Do Not Invest. This ensures organizations cannot compensate for serious governance or operational gaps with strengths elsewhere.
