Financial Model Templates

This template was built to help inventory managers keep track of ordering better and improve efficiency / general organization. It has an array of user inputs and the output is a clean organized inventory tracker that lets you know when inventory is likely to be re-ordered on a per SKU basis.

There is an instructional video as well as a Google Sheet version that comes in the Excel version. User inputs include: SKU/NAME, On-Hand Units at End of Day, Required Reserve, Start Date, End Date, Total Unit Sales, Lead Time (days), Order ‘x’ of Re-Order Level. And output values that auto-populate with formulas based on the inputs include: Re-Order in ‘x’ days (with conditional formatting for when things are getting close), Inventory Level to Re-Order, Average Units Sold per Day, Current Date, Expected Order Date, Amount to Order, Order Should Last ‘x’ Days, and three outputs that will show a ‘1’ if the reorder date is within a given defined amount of days.
