It is a prof-forma for a start-up airline . It contains various inputs for revenue, COGS, operating expenses, capex etc. It Includes: - 5-year monthly and annual Income Statement - 5-year monthly and annual Balance Sheet - 5-year monthly and annual Cash Flow Statement. The Revenue, Cost of Revenue, S, G &A Expenses and Depreciation Schedule tabs are for calculation of various items that feed in Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. The excel model also includes valuation, break-even, cap tables and different charts & graphs. The valuation sheet calculates NPV and EBITDA multiple valuation of business and also shows IRR to the investors. The break-even sheet is for calculating load factor at which the business will break-even. The charts tab different graphs to show different financial metrics like forecast Revenue, EBITDA, Net Profit, Net Worth during the 5-year forecast period. The input tab contains all the assumptions in yellow cells. Any change in those cells will automatically flow to the entire model.
