We have launched one more exciting feature on the site!! Now, as a Vendor apart from selling tools and templates, you can also provide hourly consultation!

Vendors who will register with us until 30.09.2020, will get the benefit of "subscription-free" registration. Vendors who are registering post 30.09.2020 might have to pay a yearly subscription fee for using our platform. So, get registered soon and spread the word.

We are launching with few Categories... However, we will be continuously multiplying our bucket list with exciting categories and sub-categories of different fields and professions!!

If you are a Vendor looking to sell tools in any specific category which is not present at the moment on our platform, for instance, say "Branding and Strategy." Simply, email us along with one of your sample business tools on "support@icrestmodels.com" and we will add the same after verifying.

We have our showcased inventory as well so that the upcoming vendors can view the quality of business tools we are looking for.

  • Full Description

This is an attempt to list and explain the key concepts of developing financial models (also applicable to any other kinds of reports, budgets or forecasts). I am demonstrating how to structure a model, setup the timeline, format cells by their purpose, make scenarios, create checks and controls, use flags. The underlying Excel file contains a comprehensive demo model with the most common working sheets (capex, working capital, economic assumptions) and explaining how the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement are built and tied to each other. The booklet and the Excel file also give specific examples which cause complexities to many analysts (circular calculations, proper demonstration of variances, calculating IRR and NPV with a few zero cashflow periods in the beginning etc.) This publication is a work-in-constant-progress. Help me make it better – send me word what else you think I should add.
