    In this model, the user will begin by entering assumptions about the start year of the financial model forecast, the exit month if applicable, and debt / equity funding sources as well as the share given to investor equity if applicable. After defining the start month of revenue, the following can be adjusted each year across 10 years: Number of Driving Slots Available, Average Time a Golfer Is At a Slot (minutes), Total Hours Open per Day, Days Open per Month, Total Hours Open Per Month (output), in Minutes (output), Maximum Slots Available per Month (output), Cost per Bucket of Balls, Maximum Revenue (output), Maximum Golfers per Day (output). The calculations have been set up to give the user smarter intelligence about what their assumptions mean as far as potential capacity goes and if that is logical or not. Seasonality can be defined by month for year 1 as a function of % of max capacity attained per month. Those %’s can then be improved upon each year with a single yearly input. Startup costs have their own schedule with some items being dependent on the total driving range slots and operating expenses are also in their own schedule as well as any future capex. Final summaries auto-populate to see high-level financial details and for project level distributions as well as owner/investor distributions and their corresponding DCF analysis results, IRR, and equity multiples.
